   encouraged.  PowerPoint and Keynote presentations should be sent to Gil Pitt
   by Friday, June 19, or you should contact Gil for special arrangements.

● Most general session talks are 20 minutes in length, including very brief
   introductions.
● Talks are strictly timed, with 5, 2, and 1 minute warnings.
● There will not be question and answers after presentations as there is ample 
   time allowed throughout the conference for further discussion.
● Special presentations, panels, and other presentation venues will be
   developed individually as the conference planning unfolds.

● See Proceedings for instructions for presenters preparing a written chapter for
   the proceedings.  All presenters are encouraged to contribute a written
   chapter, although it is not mandatory.
